Who is xchange™ designed for?
Patients during moderate to deep sedation and selected TIVA cases, especially those at elevated risk of upper-airway collapse (e.g., high BMI, known or suspected OSA).
Does it require capital equipment?
No. It uses standard equipment including wall oxygen and capnography systems.
How quickly does it work?
It delivers high FiO₂ and continuous airway pressure within 20 seconds of application.
How do I set it up?
Mount the nasal dock and adjust comfort straps, connect the O₂ line to wall oxygen, and connect the EtCO₂ line to the monitor. Then adjust and confirm pressures with the integrated APL valve and manometer.
